October's Very Own offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all collaboration items, swimwear, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
